Ok, I baked a chocolate cake and cooling is now in a grid. I'm going tomorrow with fondant chocolate ganache and then with the next few days.
How do I keep a pleasant taste fresh and moist for the next 2 days, what is being served?
Please help! I'm going crazy!

Wrap foil.Guaranteed also possible to keep a cool head.
