I have 2 games tonight that I never play with. In any case, prepare and warm in the house?

Many routes, especially thighs and calves. If you have two games to play in the legs and back will cramp up. Perform stretch the stairs a few times and again. Back, shoulders, neck. Good luck, hope this helps .....
