I also have TMJ. It is a real headache! I have a night when I sleep wear, because if I grind my teeth in my sleep, I wake up with a terrible headache. I spoke with my dentist at the ATM and there is a procedure that can be done to alleviate the symptoms and get rid of TMJ permanently. The procedure is expensive and painful, but worth it if it gets rid of the disease. Only you and your dentist can be a good treatment plan, which matches what you want and what you can afford to get. I have the ATM and the only thing you can do, but a tip if you grind your teeth or improve your jaw when you sleep at night is:

1. Do not eat, chew gum chewing on things in particular!
2. Take ibuprofen for headache

Mag) ATM sucks and if you want somethign like the sound of grapes (I, I can not immediately w / headache to pay, because, as they are sweet raisins!

Just watch what you eat to the extent that the amount of chewing action and ibuprofen eat when you get a headache. I sympathize with you. My best for you.

Better idea: talk to your dentist, or people subjected Dr.Some surgery to correct the alignment of the jaw.

I feel for you. I too ATM.

Also check ortho. There is this really doing anything. Eliminata a bit, do not try too hard to chew food, or not just eat a lot pressure on the jaw has.

Even if you rub UR jaw by the ear in a circular motion for several minutes, it looks a little attention. And do not try to move the jaw if he did want out of place, or worse.
